How pricing works
No hidden lines
Chargeable weight
We charge on the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight (L×W×H ÷ 5000), so bulky-but-light parcels are priced fairly.
Route rate + minimum
Each route has a per-kg rate and a minimum charge. Longer or more complex corridors cost more per kilogram.
Transparent fees
Collection and handling fees are flat and shown separately. Category surcharges apply only to fragile or high-value goods.
Optional protection
Add declared-value protection for peace of mind on higher-value parcels. It's always optional and clearly priced.
