Terms of service & privacy.
Plain-language summaries of how Zohambo Parcels works and how we look after your information. This page is a summary — full legal terms are available on request.
Using the service
By booking a parcel you confirm the contents are accurate, legal and not on our prohibited list. You're responsible for declaring value and packing items adequately for transport.
Pricing & payment
Quotes are indicative until a parcel is weighed and measured at collection. Final pricing is confirmed at intake and must be settled before dispatch.
Transport & timing
Delivery windows are estimates affected by border processing, route and volume. We track every stage and keep you updated, but cannot guarantee exact times.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the declared value of the parcel, subject to the cover described in Claims & disputes. Prohibited or undeclared goods are excluded.
What we collect
Your name, contact details, parcel information, recipient details and payment records — only what's needed to run the delivery and keep it accountable.
How we use it
To process bookings, coordinate collection and delivery, share necessary details with the assigned transporter, and keep you informed about your parcel.
Who we share it with
Vetted transporters receive only the details required to complete the leg they're carrying. We never sell your data to third parties.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or request deletion where we're not legally required to keep it. Contact us to exercise these rights.
