Cross-border transport is regulated. To keep every parcel — and every transporter — safe and legal, some items are never accepted, and others need prior arrangement.

✕Flammable, corrosive or hazardous materials
✕Pornographic or illegal material
✕Human or animal remains
Sending prohibited goods is a breach of our terms and may be a criminal offence. Parcels are subject to inspection and may be refused or handed to authorities.

- Perishable food — only with prior arrangement and suitable packaging
- Medication — must be sealed, labelled and accompanied by a prescription
- High-value electronics — declare the value so cover can be arranged
- Large appliances — subject to space and route availability
